Yeah, the cooling gel pads are great as well. They are fantastic if you have a fever or headache. Definitely try the cooling bath salts. I use almost all of these in some form or another, and I am a huuuuge fan of Mugicha. <3 I don't use the ice pillow, but I do use those cooling gel pads that people use when they have a fever.
