The Seaford Farmer`s Market is on again this Sunday, May 16 from 8am to 1pm. Located next to the Seaford Community Center, Station Street, Seaford. The market offers a diverse range of seasonal produce and freshly made goodies. Entry is a $2 donation per adult with the money going to local charities supported by Rotary.

I Love Frankston Footy Day

I Love Frankston Footy Day returns to Frankston Park this Saturday, 15 May. The Frankston Dolphins will take on Collingwood. Normal admission charges have been waived and entry is by gold coin donation at the gates, with proceeds going to the new Frankston Community Fund. Attractions will include a jumping castle, mini golf, Auskick demonstrations, Guitar Hero, Wii, live music, kids adventure ropes bridge, colouring competitions and a sausage sizzle. Scooby Doo, Happy the Dragon and Finn the Dolphin will also wander around for the kids to meet and greet.
The I love Frankston Footy Day runs from 12pm to 4pm at Frankston Park, cnr Young St and Plowman Place.

Victoria 37th Annual Anti Cancer Golf Day at Rosebud Country Club on Thursday, May 6

Rosebud Country Club hosts the Victoria 37th Annual Anti Cancer Golf Day on Thursday, May 6. Players from around Victoria will be teeing it up and chipping in for the charity event. The day has helped raise more than $353,000 since its inception and is the biggest single fund-raiser for cancer research in Victoria. The Rosebud course is in immaculate condition with more than 200 golfers expected to compete with more than $5000 in quality prizes on offer. Entry is $55 and includes dinner. The 82nd Red Hill Show, Peninsula`s Best on Show

The 82nd Red Hill Show will be held at the Red Hill Reserve on Saturday, March 27, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The show will feature a smorgasbord of entertainment along with animals, produce and exhibitions. There will be some wonderful wine and food to sample, including the Mornington Peninsula`s finest produce such as avocados, berries and cheese. There will be petting paddocks full of animals for the kids as well as a wide range of animals. Attractions include shearing, wood-chopping, spinning, working dogs, woodwork, heritage machinery, cake decorating and face painting for the kids. Family Tickets are $40 (two adults & three children), adults $15, children $10, children under five are free.
